The Caulfield Grammarians Footbali Club is administered and directed by a volunteer based committee led by President Peter Small. The committee are united and committed to on field success whilst achieving two other primary goals:
1. Bring the fun back into the football
2. Create broader engagement within and across the extended Caulfield Grammarians Football Club community
Peter Small - President
Peter has two sons currently playing football for the club being Tom and James. His wife Julia has also been on the committee in recent years. Peter brings the skills of people management, financial awareness and strategic vision, all matters which are critical to the future of the Club. Peter has a desire to bring the fun back into the football and to create an opportunity for sustained success which will carry us forward, and to provide the platform for years to come.

Chris has been a CGFC player for over a decade playing in premierships and being a much loved member of the teams he played in. This year Chris is joining the committee in the Vice president role for the first time.
David Gregor - Secretary
David played for CGFC for 10 years during the 80’s and during that time also spent 4 years on the committee. He has now been the clubs secretary for the last 2 years.
Richard Harris – Football Operations
Richard has a long history with the club being playing in over 200 games in the 80s and 90s. Richard is also a life member and president in 1995-96. Richard is working hard to build the football department of excellence to give the players every opportunity of success.
Troy Townley – Treasurer
Troy is a former CGS student who has been involved with the football club since 1996, playing under 19s, reserves and club xviii football. Whilst not blessed with too many skills there were fleeting moments from his playing days that get better and better as the years go on - especially the 4 last quarter goals against Thomastown to help us turn around a 7 goals 3 quarter deficit to win the game! This is his second stint as treasurer at the club and one of his goals is to help the club build some funds for the future so we can be successful both on and off the field.
David Conly – Player Welfare
David has been a Caulfield Grammarian for most of his life as a student, teacher and parent. He have always supported and followed the fortunes of the club through his association with the school and as a parent with his sons Tim and Will both playing with the club. David is focusing on player welfare and is working on building players self-esteem and pride in the club, assistance and mentoring with health and medical issues and B=being available to discuss player concerns at any time.
Julia Small – Game Day Operations
Julia has had some involvement with the CGFC since 2009 with both her sons, Tom and James, playing for the Club. Julia’s role will primarily be Game Day – Off Field. She will be working with fellow Committee member Daniela Clarke to arrange home game lunches and afternoon teas as well as coordinating the canteen roster.
Julia will also be assisting with the organisation of events such as the Season Launch and Best and Fairest Ball, and will be involved with other activities for the players such as meals after Thursday training. She hope my role will assist the Club in providing an inclusive and enjoyable environment for players and supporters, and contribute to its off field successes during 2016.
Daniela Clarke – Game Day Operations
Daniela has been a supporter and parent of a player for some 10 years and it was at an end of year luncheon in 2014 that I was introduced to a few members of the committee who passionately spoke about their vision for the club and its future. This enthusiasm and commitment motivated her to join and contribute in some way to the on-going success of the club.
Her role on the committee, together with Julia Small is to co-ordinate game day social activities such as lunches, afternoon tea and components of the canteen. They will also be providing food for the players after Thursday night training and hopefully give them a place where they can unwind after training and enjoy a strong team/club spirit. Daniela is also responsible for club merchandise and hopefully in the near future, we will have an on-line purchasing system available where players and supporters can order merchandise as required.
Scott Williams – Game Day Operations

Scott is an unbelievable club person having been on the committee since 1999, been a VAFA club umpire since 2001 and is a CGFC & CGA Life Member.
