CGFC Positions Available

The Caulfield Grammarians Football Club have identified positions that need to be filled for season 2022 and beyond. It is an exciting time to be part of the fields and make a difference to our club. If you are interested please let us know.

POSITION AVAILABLE - Events Committee Member

CGFC in looking for a committee member to manage the Club events. 

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the calander of all club events.
• Maximising attendences and fundraising at club events. 
• Organise events with other volunteers to create the best possible events for the club. these include:
  • Luncheons
  • Canteen
  • Afternoon Teas
  • Selection night dinners
  • Player Events

You will be required to attend committee meetings to update the committee and contribute to club topics.

The role is a volunteer position.

POSITION AVAILABLE - Club Development Committee Member

CGFC in looking for a new committee member to focus on the Clubs Development. In conjunction with the club president and likely sub committee the role will build the strategy and structure and revenue to grow the club over the next 5 years focussing on the following areas:

• Strategy
• Future Revenue
• Facility requirements
• Relationships 

You will be required to attend committee meetings to update the committee and contribute to club topics.

The role is a volunteer position.

POSITION AVAILABLE - Bar Manager

CGFC in looking for assistance in managing our bar at Glenhuntly for Saturdays for our luncheons and events throughout season 2022.

Responsibilities:

• Ordering and filling of bar stocks for events and luncheons at Glenhuntly.
• Manning the bar for the events and luncheons. At least 6-7 times throughout the season. It is possible to outsource the manning of the bar and use the allocated funds to pay staff.
• Set up and close down the events and luncheons.
• Ensuring Glenhuntly function room is clean & alcohol is only consumed within the allowed times.

Must have a responsible serving of alcohol certificate for the role.

The role can be a paid position.
